What: Food, Wine, & Brew - San Diego’s Wildest Tasting Event!
When: Saturday, May 2, 2026 from 6:30-10:00 p.m.
Where: San Diego Zoo
Benefits: San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance
Attendance: 3,000 Guests (Approximately)

San Diego Zoo will provide:

  • One station with two (2) 8-foot tables
  • Linen
  • Ice
  • Electricity (upon request only)

Food Vendor will Supply:

  • 3,000 bite-sized portions of an appetizer, soup, salad, or entrée
  • Service from 6:30-10:00 p.m.
  • Signage for your booth
  • Utensils, bowls, plates, napkins, and cups needed for your food items; environmentally friendly options are strongly encouraged
  • Handwashing Station
  • Dollies/carts to load your items in and out of the event
  • Up to four (4) staff members to staff your booth. Please note: STAFF MUST BE 21+ AND PRESENT VALID ID AT CHECK IN

Perks:

Does your food require ice?
Will you bring a pop-up tent? Note: if you select "Yes" you are also agreeing to provide your own lighting. A pop-up tent is recommended. In the event of inclement weather, no weather related resources will be provided.
Do you need electrical at your booth? This means ANYTHING that needs to be plugged in. Please note that electricity will NOT be available at your booth if it is not requested in advance.
