What: San Diego’s Wildest Tasting Event! The San Diego Zoo’s Food Wine and Brew Celebration (“Event”)

When: Saturday, September 18, 2021 from 6:30-10:30 p.m.
Where: San Diego Zoo
Benefits: San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance
Attendance: 3,000 Guests (Approximately)

San Diego Zoo will provide each vendor ("Vendor"):

  • A station with two (2) dressed 8-foot tables
  • Linen and signage for the tables
  • Ice and volunteers, if requested

Food Vendor will Supply:

  • 2,000 bite-sized portions of an appetizer, soup, salad, or entrée
  • Service from 6:30-10:30 p.m.
  • Utensils, bowls, plates, and cups needed for your food items
  • Handwashing Station
  • Up to four (4) staff members to staff your booth. Please note: STAFF MUST BE 21+ AND PRESENT VALID ID AT CHECK IN

Perks:

  • A total of two (2) General Admission Event tickets will be provided to Vendor prior to the Event
  • A total of six (6) Day Passes to the San Diego Zoo or San Diego Zoo Safari Park, -or- Eight (8) if we receive your completed Vendor Agreement by 7/31/21

Do you have a pop up tent (not required)? Note: if you select "Yes" you are also agreeing to provide your own lighting.
A cancellation fee of $150 will be applied if a Vendor cancels after August 31, 2021. This fee covers the cost of event materials and rentals designated for each Vendor.
I attest that I am authorized to sign agreements on behalf of my organization, and that I have read and agree to abide by the Vendor Terms and Conditions.
